RETURN GOODS

Are you not completely satisfied with the products you ordered or still have doubts about your purchase? No need to worry, thankfully you have 30 days to return your goods. It's an easy process if you are sure you want to return or exchange your item.

 

How do I return my items?

  1. Fill in the attached return form as fully as possible.
  2. Make sure that the items are well packed in their original packaging and that the labels have not been removed, as we have to receive them in good condition. 
  3. Hand over the package at your nearest post office and make sure it has the right amount of postage. Unfortunately returns aren't free of charge.
  4. You will receive confirmation from us once we have received the package and it has been processed in our system.
  5. We will do our best to refund your money within 14 days.
